Since its start up in 1998, Grand Alexander (Drouot Consultants) posits itself as a generalist firm specialised in direct search of fast trackers experienced in middle and top management positions. Gradually, we have specialised in specific positions and economic sectors. We favour various search methods, either in a complementary fashion or in an exclusive fashion: direct search, advertisement (press and internet), and data base search.

These areas of expertise match the affinities and specific knowledge of our consultants, all having successful professional experiences in their domain of predilection.

This sum of knowledge allows us to operate search assignments in most of the sectors of activity and for almost all types of positions. Consequently, our consultants acquired a sound knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of positions and their contents, and of their specific interactions. This know-how translates into the conduct of diversified assignments, which success is based on a in-depth knowledge of the organisation and of the challenges met by our clients.

Our activities of recruitment through direct search, advertisement, and data base search are consequently developed around two axis :

At the heart of Europe, and with the support of our international network INAC (association of 45 international firms), numerous international and European companies entrust us with recruitment assignments aiming at creating or developing further organisations based in Belgium.

National
The plurality of cultures and languages that are found in Belgium, and represented in our firm, allows for the development of close partnerships with our clients in Brussels but also in the north and the south of Belgium.
