Grant Alexander is a member of the international network INAC, which includes 45 recruitment firms active in 40 countries. In November 2005, Thierry Delvaux is elected President of the network at the INAc general assembly held in Santiago de Chile.

Founded in 1992, the INAC network is composed of experienced and recognized professionals in their home countries. The members of INAC have all experienced the rising complexity due to the specific needs of the development of international business.

The Executive Search firms members of INAC are invited to join in the network on the basis of a confirmation of the quality of their work, through previous successful collaborations with existing members of the network. These first experiences aim at confirming that the expertise and work ethics match the standadrs of integrity and competency required by INAC. This selection process of new members constitutes the cornerstone of INAC and allows for the delivery of an optimal and qualitative service. Since November 2005, Thierry Delvaux is President of the network.
